BACKGROUND
Seoul Hospitality Group is founded and led by JW Lee who is based in Colorado. JW’s culinary career began early on in Korea where he spent time learning the ropes in many restaurants. After immigrating to the United States, JW utilized his skills and passion and has since opened over 20 restaurants.
His dedication to satisfaction shines through his menu creations, some of which include old family recipes. JW’s current portfolio of restaurants include: Menya Noodle Bar/Menya Ramen & Poke (4 locations) - Japanese style cuisine serving ramen, poke, sushi, tapas & more (4 locations); Wasabi Sushi Bar (Lakewood) in the Belmar shopping center; Seoul Korean BBQ & Hot Pot (Aurora) – traditional Korean BBQ tables with all-you-can-eat Hot Pot; Thanksool Pocha (Aurora) – Korean nightlife pub with premium alcoholic beverages and a tempting menu; Seoul Mandoo (Aurora) specializing in giant Korean dumplings; and Mono Mono Korean Fried Chicken, his newest venture in Downtown Denver serving Korean style fried chicken using an Asian frying technique.
It has always been a goal of JW’s to introduce new and exciting cuisine to the Denver area and nothing is more satisfying than seeing all the happy, fulfilled guests.
